lilacpaw sat in the clearing and thought to her self about becoming a loner "what should I do? I feel so lost like a seed who can't find its way to the ground ..." she looked at the woods and then she ran as fast and as far as she could till she came to a stop she looked at the ground with her eyes wide as she caught her breath a loner walked out from some bushes and said "what are you in a hurry for?" lilacpaw looked up and backed up slowly... the loner looked at her and said "calm down I'm not like other loners I don't kill." lilacpaw looked at him and then slowly walked forward "why should i believe you?" he smiled and looked up and then let out a big breath "well... you see if i where to want to kill you I would have all ready done it and your only a little kit" lilacpaw lashed out at him and screamed "you take that back I'm not a little kit anymore!" the loner sighed and looked at her "so you have just become a apprentice?" lilacpaw looked at hi and said "no I became one a long time ago i just... could not find a teacher..." he looked at her as if he had known what relay happened "so your the little cat that wondered to far in to the woods and found a little surprise ha..." lilacpaw felt a tear roll down her face as she used her hair to cover up her scar that went through her eye. "so it is ise'nt it?" lilacpaw looked up at him "yes... it is." well I'm going to get my self some grub I guess i will see ya around lilacpaw yelled as he ran down the path "what is your name!" he stopped and looked back "scraps... yours?" lilacpaw blinked her eyes "lilacpaw" he nodded his head and ran down the path.

Nightstar had felt a strong rage burning at her paws, so she left camp. She had nappened to be in the trees watching the whole thing. "Lilacpaw... Who was that?" Her voice rasped in her throat, making her sound dark and scary. A shady aura hung around her, and her piercing yellow-green eyes bore down on her kit from the tree.

lilacpaw glared at her mother and then said with rage in her voice "no one you should care about.." then she walked away.

the next day) lilacpaw strolled off in to the forest as she looked behind her to make sure no one was following her. then charged forward as she walked more she ran in to scraps "hey, how have you been doing scraps?" lilacpaw perked up and smiled at him "it's not scraps anymore it's Soren!' he said with a smile. lilacpaw looked confused "why did you change your name?" Soren looked at her and said "well I don't really stick to one name I have had several." lilacpaw smiled "oh, I get it you don't know your real name." Soren looked at her and then quickly turned away "I... do I just never liked it" lilacpaw sighed "well what is it?" he shrugged and then said " well ..it's ......... Raul" lilacpaw put her paw on his shoulder "that is a wonderful name."

Nightstar was out partolling the borders. She marked a bush. "All done with this border.." She mewed. She stretched out before slowly climbing a tree. She got into the upper branches and plopped down.

(did you pee on the bush???) lilacpaw walked to the clearing and sat thinking about how Soren did not really have one name for a long amount of time... she wanted to become a loner but could she let down her mother she loved so much.

Nightstar's soft yawn escaped from her mouth. She couldn't fall asleep up here! She leapt out of the tree, almost landing on Lilacpaw. "Lilacpaw!" She squeaked in suprize. "God... that scared me!" She was smiling wildly.

(what how can you not know???) lilacpaw had wide eyes she was startled by her mothers loud yell "IT SCARED YOU HOW ABOUT ME!" she slowly calmed down she was only afraid that her mother saw her with Soren

Tinydove dragged her love out of the bushes and her maw dropped open in surprise. " Nightstar! Lilacpaw! " Tinydove gasped, then dragged Jasper into the clearing. " Guys! Help me! My mate's injjured! He got hit by a branch! " Tinydove growled, pulling him into the medicine den. " Well? "

Jasper coughed, his body hurting all over. " My...Tiny.... " He gasped, his body trembling with fear at the sight of the leader and apprentice.

Tinydove nosed him softly. " Don't talk dear... " Tinydove anxiously breathed in his ear. Then she spotted a loner.
