Is it True? (Open)

[Torrentfang]

Is it true? Why? Why did you kill? Why did you die...Answer me!

I'm nothing but a murderer. Isn't that right? Is that why?

Torrent could not sleep. He tossed and turned fitfully in the warrior's den. He flinched when another cat shifted. He would wake someone up at this point if he continued. So he got up silently and slipped out od the den into the cold night air of the camp. His sharp green eyes glowed in the quicklsilver moonlight.

His left eye stared blankly. You couldn't notice, and he hadn't told anyone. But he was blind in his left eye. His sister had given him a scar above the eye. It had cut off his vision and did some permanent damage that increased over time since he hadn't goten it healed fast enough. Now this was the consequence.

He didn't mind. Well, he wouldn't have minded. If she had lived. Torrent pawed the ground restlessly. It had been a few days since his sister had led a rogue invasion on the valley. She had killed every cat there. Including his mother. His father was killed too. And then Torrent himself had killed Mai. What had happened to his sweet sister? He would never know now, right? Because he had killed her.

Torrent had been lucky this clan had taken him in. But he hadn't told them of being a murderer. Well, he had told Darksplash. But still...

Torrent let out a frustrated sigh and stared up at the moon, mesmerized by the light.

So where are you now? Why won't you answer me? I'm still waiting...

[Roseflight]

"Torrent,are you alright?"Roseflight asked sweetly as she slipped out of the Nursery.Her icy blue eyes glistened as she stared at the gray tom."Is somthing bothering you?"she asked,she cared about him;she cared about everyone.

[Torrentfang]

(I'm still Torrent right now. Haven't gotten my warrior name yet...But it's fine.)

Torrent nearly jumped out of his fur at the voice. He didn't recognize it. He turned around from his left, not seeing much till he turned enough where his right eye could land a gaze. "Uh...yeah, I'm fine. Thank you for worrying though."

He tried to remember her name. He had taken a tour of the clan and gotten to know some cats. She was a queen....uh...Roseflight! That was it.

[Nightstar]

Darksplash's eyes glowed from the warriors' den. However, they wheren't encased in a thick glaze of exhaustion; but a bright alertness. She had been keeping an eye on Torrent, to make sure he stayed safe in the clan and he was doing okay around so many cats.
She got up silently, and padded up to stand next to Torrent. She let the grass crackle under her paws so she didn't scare him by being sneaky. She nosed his shoulder. "You alright?" She asked nervously, afraid that the new clan cat wasn't settling in correctly.

[Torrentfang]

Torrent recognized Darkslpash's voice. He turned to look at her with his right eye, nodding quickly. The last thing he needed was troubling the clan with his worries. He noticed that she was bright and alert. But he asked anyway. To both.

"Shouldn't you guys be sleeping? Getting some rest for tomorrow?"

[Roseflight]

"I dont need rest,I do that enough during the day."she purred as she brushed up against him.Hes stalling she thought He needs help

[Darksplash]

Darksplash blinked. "I just slept until past sunhigh today, I'm not tired at all." Darksplash had habits of sleeping in, or not even sleeping. "I can sense your anger..." She meowed, nudging his shoulder. "Your tense, and look here, I can see you are restless by all this torn up ground." She was gazing down to his paws, where he had kneaded the soil, upturning some of it and tearing up grass.

[Torrentfang]

"Uh, I..." Torrent shifted away from the two, uncomfortable at touch. "I'm fine. And I'm not angry. Nothing's making me angry." He replied. Torrent was just frustrated. So it was a little white lie. The last thing he needed was to bother the two with some problems he was uncomfortable talking about.

[Darksplash]

Darkspalsh backed up. She was unsure if Torrent accepted her presence. "I'll leave if you don't need me here." And with that, she padded off towards the warriors' den. At the entrance, she stopped to see if he would change his mind.

[Torrentfang]

"No, it's fine, I just..." Torrent didn't want to seem rude. "It's just nothing to worry about. I'm just nervous, I guess, being new here." Darksplash didn't need to leave.

[Nightstar]

Darksplash sighed, and padded back to his side, feeling as if she couldn't help. "It is possible that you would allow me to help?"

[Roseflight]

Roseflight cocked her head then went back into the Nursery.

Torrent looked back as Roseflight left. He turned back to gaze at Darksplash. "I'm alright, I guess. I'm just glad I've been accepted itno the clan. And I still need to get my name..."
