Limefrost slipped into camp, after her 'secret meeting'. She let out a sigh of relief that no one had found them. Staying out of plain sight, she snuck into the nursery via the back entrance, which queens used to make dirt. The calico queen curled up in her nest. She fell asleep after a short while.
A quarter-moon later, Limefrost awoke feeling slightly different than the previous days. She felt heavier, and uncomfortable. Maybe it was just that extra trout I had two days ago, she thought, uncertain. However, after a moment's hesitation, she realized what it really was. I'm expecting kits!, she thought, almost meowing it outloud.
I have to tell Tigerblaze!, Limefrost reminded herself. She slipped out of the back entrance, and raced toward TwilightClan territory.
