Cranberrytail padded out of the nursery and into the med. cats den, she returned moments later
with Sparkkit in her mouth then slowly put her down in an empty nest, she lapped at the kit and then whispered some unheard words in its ear then burst into tears and ran from the den
She knew that Sparkkit would have to know the truth eventually, she was bound to figure it out, after all, Mysticalfeathers kits father wasn't a ginger cat and neither was she, Sparkkit would be the only ginger kit in her litter, she would find out
She ran into the med. cats den crying and sobbing and sat down in her nest before curling up, something was missing, the familiar feel of a small body against her own, she held back a yelp and then a whimper of sadness
(Well now she is)
