Foxfang shakes her head "I cant sleep the kit is coming soon i can tell it hurts worse then my wounds" she mews

Foxfang squeals as she hears her friend Featherpaw pelting into camp "Mintstorm!" featherpaw the Snowclan med apprentice called

"Is that Featherpaw?" Mintstorm wondered out loud. She heard the pawsteps of the medicine cat.
"Yes?" Mintstorm asked, looking at the blue-gray she-cat.[/font]

Featherpaw pants hard "I need your help my mentor is no were to be seen and its the time of the season where most cats get sick" she pants "I havent been trained Can you help me?" she asks

"Sure." Mintstorm agreed. She padded towards her herb storage. The silver she-cat removed a leaf-wrap with tansy in it. She displayed in front of her and motioned for Featherpaw to sit next to her.
"Now this is tansy." Mintstorm mewed, pointing a paw towards the yellow flower. "Do you know what it does?" The she-cat got up to her paws. While waiting for Featherpaw to reply, she would take out the most common herbs. Sticking her paws into the herb storage, she removed coltsfoot, cobwebs, dried oak leaves, and some marigold leaves. She stacked them neatly in front of Featherpaw.
"What are these herbs and what do they do?" Mintstorm pressed. She sat next to Featherpaw and waited for her response.
Maybe I should check on Foxfang while I'm waiting," Mintstorm thought. The silver she-cat turned her head to see Foxfang.
"Is there anything wrong?" She called to the injured pregnant cat.[/font]

"cobwebs used for Bandaging cuts"dried oak leaves um Used for mixing marigold and dried oak for deep cuts?"marigold leaves chew it into poultice and tend to cuts" she mews "Um uh tansy um um thats use for Pregnant cats?"

"Some are correct. First of all, cobwebs are used to stop bleeding. Marigold leaves and dried oak leaves are used in a poultice to help stop infection. And tansy helps stop coughs." Mintstorm corrected.
